Breyman named Most Outstanding Player; '21 CCC shatters all-time Attendance records

SALEM, OR - Thursday, 12-23-21 - The 6th annual Capitol City Classic wound up being the best-ever event, along a number of measures.

While the field was deep and impressive, organizers openly worried about the impact one year off due to the pandemic and the admissions requirement of fans to show proof of vaccination or a negative test would be detrimental to crowds at the 2021 event.

Those fears proved unfounded, as the Capitol City Classic shattered all previous overall attendance records this year. Other records were set for attendance on opening night; attendance on the second night; attendance on Championship Day; CCS youth tourney teams; and more.
